About

The values behind the work

Moving away from a problem-centred approach towards a needs-centred one — gentler, more effective, and one that leaves you holding the keys.

A path towards autonomy

Direction

From the problem to the need

Many therapies stay focused on the addiction, the painful emotion or the past. The problem takes centre stage. Here it becomes something simpler: an obstacle standing in front of a need. The brain can then aim at something positive and constructive, and start finding solutions instead of circling around guilt.

“Needs are expressions of life. We are alive when our needs are met.” — Marshall Rosenberg

Autonomy

Caring for someone is not taking over for them. It means trusting their own resources — so they do not need a therapist for life.

Brief therapy

A handful of sessions, ten at most. No therapeutic dependence. You leave with tools you can use on your own.

Pleasure & alignment

We do not replace addiction with deprivation. We build rich, chosen pleasures that genuinely feed you.

What guides every session

No judgement

Addiction is not a flaw. It is a survival strategy that has stopped being useful.

You stay in charge

In interactive hypnosis the images and the choices come from you, not from a script imposed on you.

Concrete

Every insight turns into rituals, strategies and actions you can test between sessions.

Whole-system

Needs, emotions, risky situations, relationships: we work on the system, not just the symptom.

Trust as the frame

“Caring for someone is not taking charge of them; it is trusting that person's own capacity to find a way out using their own resources.” — Thomas d'Ansembourg

The aim is to put you back at the centre of your recovery and to strengthen your trust in your own intuition — so that feeling better lasts, and keeps growing.
