Support for an addiction — online, wherever you are
You cannot travel to Caen, or you would rather work from home? Video sessions are a fully effective alternative, and have been part of the practice since 2017.
Why it works online
Interactive hypnosis, CBT and coaching rest on a deep conversation and attentive presence. Both travel perfectly well through a screen, as long as the conditions are right.
Successful work has been done from Toulouse, Paris, Marseille, Strasbourg, Le Havre, Saint-Lô, Houlgate and Deauville — and from Brussels, Madrid, Valencia and Thailand. Distance has never stood in the way of results.
Sessions are available in English as well as French, which makes this the usual route for English-speaking clients living in France or elsewhere.

Hybrid is possible
One or two sessions at the practice in Caen, then follow-up online — if you are in Normandy or nearby.

In practice
Audio and video sessions over Google Meet. The link comes with the email invitation. If anything goes wrong technically: WhatsApp or a phone call.
Settle somewhere quiet, headphones recommended, stable connection. Beyond that, it is exactly the same method as at the practice.
