Support

An investment far more than an expense

Weighing the cost of support against what your addiction already costs you — so the question of price can be seen for what it really is.

And the cost the figures cannot show

This part is hard to price: getting back your calm, your confidence, your drive. It is beyond valuation — and often worth far more than plenty of purchases we make without blinking.

  • Mental energy drained by managing cravings, guilt and difficult mornings
  • The risk of putting an important relationship in danger — partner, children — and the conflict that follows
  • Invisible indirect costs: sick leave, appointments, accidents, fines…
  • Health and immune system wearing down, and the discomfort of the physical signals that follow
  • Professional opportunities, passions and callings compromised for want of energy
  • That feeling of being shut in — of not being free, of missing out, of not quite being yourself
  • Everything that cannot be built yet, because the addiction already occupies the space

What if it does not work for me?

That is the real question behind the price, and it is a fair one. The 45-minute assessment exists precisely to answer it.

It is a conversation where we judge together whether this support suits you, both in its approach and financially. Flexible arrangements are possible as long as they stay fair on both sides. If it still does not add up, we will say so together — and I will do everything I can to point you towards whatever would suit you better.

The price

Two distinct frameworks, depending on what you need.

Other than addiction

One-to-one session

€120 / session

90 min to 2 hours · No minimum commitment

  • Anxiety, panic, grief, a one-off emotional block
  • Self-esteem, self-confidence
  • Interactive hypnosis, coaching or CBT depending on the need
  • In practice: 2 to 3 sessions for deeper work
  • At the practice in Caen, or by video call
One-to-one sessions are not suited to treating addiction. An addiction calls for structured work over time — handling it in isolated sessions leads to partial results and a high risk of relapse. That is why I only take on addiction within a full programme.

An investment with an end date

I understand that investing this much in your own wellbeing and health is not part of the culture. The natural move is to look for something free or reimbursed by the French health system — out of habit, among other reasons, and that is entirely fair.

For addiction, though, that route often means 2 to 3 months of waiting before the first appointment, and programmes spread over 6 months to a year with roughly a month between sessions. All that time, the addiction carries on — and carries on costing.

Holding the sessions close together at the start is not a luxury: it is part of what makes the work effective against a deeply settled habit.
