Data collected
Depending on which features you use on this site:
- Contact form — last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and content of your message.
- Appointment booking (SanoRDV) — name, email address, phone number, date and time of the appointment. This data is entered in the SanoRDV widget embedded in the site.
- Online addiction test — at the end of the test, your answers and the resulting scores are emailed to Antoine Arnoult anonymously: no name, email address, phone number or IP address is collected or transmitted. These emails are only used to follow overall trends; they cannot identify you and cannot be used to contact you. No account is created and no answer is stored in a database on this site.
- Audience measurement — page views, referring page, device type, browser and country, in aggregate form. No cookie is set and your IP address is not recorded.
This site collects no health data within the meaning of French HDS rules. The addiction test and the blog are informational and do not replace medical advice.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries (contact form) — Antoine Arnoult's legitimate interest in handling your message and getting back to you.
- Managing appointments (SanoRDV) — pre-contractual steps and managing the relationship with people interested in support.
- Following addiction test trends — legitimate interest in better understanding the situations visitors face. As the results are anonymous, they are not personal data.
- Knowing which pages get read — legitimate interest in following how the site is used. Audience measurement runs without cookies, without any advertising identifier, and without being combined with the other processing described here.
Your data is never sold, and never used for advertising or profiling.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by the following providers:
- Start-Win — site design, maintenance and technical management (hosted with OVH, in France).
- Brevo — delivering messages received through the contact form, along with the anonymous addiction test results, to Antoine Arnoult's mailbox.
- SanoRDV (Start-Win) — online appointment booking; data hosted in France and accessible only to Antoine Arnoult for managing his diary. For details of SanoRDV's own processing, see the SanoRDV privacy policy.
- Umami — audience measurement, on an instance self-hosted by Start-Win in France (analytics.start-win.fr). The statistics stay on that server. They are sold to no one and passed to no advertising network.
The SanoRDV widget itself loads no tracker: the audience measurement described above covers only the pages of antoinearnoult.com.
Retention
- Contact form messages — kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange.
- Appointment data (SanoRDV) — kept for as long as the practitioner account is active, in line with SanoRDV's policy and applicable legal obligations.
- Addiction test results — sent by email only, with no database storage; being anonymous, they cannot be the subject of an individual access or deletion request.
- Audience statistics — kept in aggregate form, with nothing that could lead back to a person.
Security
Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). SanoRDV booking data and the audience statistics are hosted in France. Access to appointment data is restricted to Antoine Arnoult.
Cookies and trackers
This site measures its audience with Umami, and uses neither Google Analytics nor any advertising tool. Umami sets no cookie, does not record your IP address and does not follow you from one site to the next: it counts page views and a few aggregate details. The addiction test sets no cookie either.
Opening the SanoRDV widget may set technical cookies needed for the booking service to work. Those cookies belong to SanoRDV and are not used for advertising tracking on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
