Every appointment below is held in English: the free 45-minute assessment, the 15-minute preliminary call, and the 90-minute one-to-one video session.
A few things worth knowing
Working through an addiction means committing to several sessions — that is what makes the framework supportive enough.
For anything else (sleep, anxiety, grief, an emotional or relational difficulty), single sessions are possible. After the first conversation I will suggest how many you are likely to need.
